START-UP VISA
Qualified Immigrants who want to establish their start-up business in Canada can apply to the Start-Up Visa program. Candidates will be making their entry into Canada on a work permit before they get their businesses up and running. One of the primary requirements for a start-up visa is to have created your business and secured commitment from a designated Canadian business investor.

CITIZENSHIP

Once you research and decide on the institution that you would like to study under and secure admission, you can apply for a study permit in Canada. You have to consider factors like the cost of living and getting your English language proficiency tested. DEPORTATION
A person holding any status in Canada can be deported from Canada if they violate the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. An individual will have to leave if they receive a deportation order from the Ministry of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. Foreign Nationals who do not comply with the terms and conditions of the visit or stay without legal permission, PR cardholders who lied on their immigration application or have been convicted of a serious offense, individuals whose refugee claim has been denied are some of the reasons why you may face deportation.

SPOUSAL AND FAMILY SPONSORSHIP

This would be the Family Class Sponsorship and if you are in Quebec and would like to sponsor someone in your family, you can apply through the Quebec Family Class Program.
It is important to note that common-law spouses, sponsored spouses and conjugal partners should live together in a legitimate relationship with their sponsor for at least 24 months from the day they acquired their PR status or they may lose their status.
PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAM
To be eligible under the PNP, you can apply to the province that you would like to settle in and the province generally considers your application based on its needs and your want to settling there is genuine.
The applicants usually have the skills, education and work experience needed to make an immediate economic contribution to the province/territory when they get nominated.
The nomination will aid you in your application for permanent residency.
